Ground rules

. Meetings at least once a week – Tuesdays at 9 AM

. Weekly reports – produced by each member of the group on their work and research

. If any group member doesn't turn up they should at least inform the others and send a report on their work by e-mail

. If we loose control of absences (or someone is not cooperating), Sarah will be informed

. Team leader will delegate the tasks – two team members to research textbooks (Nidhi and Pooja) and two team members to do internet researching (Maria and Roseli)

. Keep a diary – contributions should come from all team members

. Team members can come to conflict dealer whenever they have issues and she will observe the situation and try to sort it out

. Decisions must be agreed by all team members
